RESERVATIONS AND ANULATIONS
Reservations at the hotel are accepted by the Reservations or Administrator, by telephone or email and are confirmed by issuing a blank reservation within 48 hours of receiving the request.
Minimum stay without extra charge - 3 nights
for one overnight stay + 30% of the regular price;
for two overnight stays + 20% of the regular price.

Late check-out fee (if applicable):
20.00 BGN with the possibility of using till 17:00 hrs.
After 17:00, the room price is paid according to the price list.
In case of breach of the cancellation terms, a penalty is payable at the price of one night.
In the case of no-show, 2 nights are charged at a rate valid up to the date of arrival.
Upon check-out, 1 night is charged
Early Booking Discounts:
10% discount for bookings made up to March 31, 2019, with 50% payment within 1 week after booking confirmation

The hotel has its own unguarded parking, with electronic access / barrier / and video surveillance. The quoted prices are per vehicle for each commenced day of customer stay.

The requested and used hotel services can be paid in cash, with credit or debit card
card and / or by bank transfer with payment order.

CHILDREN
All children in the hotel are welcome!
All children up to 2 years old, using their own baby bed and not using a basic or extra bed, stay free of charge.
* Child over 12 years of age at the time of check-in is considered adult.
FOOD AND DRINKS
It is forbidden to bring food and drinks in the rooms and in the restaurant, except in the case of use of mini-bar and / or room services.
The exception is food for babies and young children as well as people with special diet.

TOURIST TAX
All hotel guests pay a tourist tax of 0.5 BGN per day. The tax is payable at the reception desk.
